My passion for sewing began at an early age, with my first projects being clothes for my Revlon dolls. From there I moved on to making clothes for myself and also for my sister, who was hard to fit. My first bridal project was my own, having designed and sewn my wedding gown, gowns for all six attendants, both Mothers' and my Grandmother's as well.

After my daughters were born, I worked in the alterations departments of both large retail stores, and small boutiques, learning the finer points of sewing from Master Tailors who learned their trade in Greece and Italy. I enjoyed working most of all on gowns of all types, and so I decided to concentrate on bridal and special occasion dresses.

When my daughters started planning their weddings, we worked together to create their ultimate fantasy gowns. My older daughter's gown was designed after Princess Di's, heavily beaded and trimmed with lace. My younger daughter is an avid equestrian, and wanted to ride her horse to the reception site, so her gown was designed to look lovely walking down the aisle, as well as sitting side saddle on her favorite horse. Her horse Evie, even got a custom quarter sheet to match her gown! So as you can see, I'm up for any challenge!
